“We also plan to finish construction of “Khan Shatyr” and “Asia Park” shopping centers, office buildings of KazMunaiGaz and IBC national companies, “Diplomat” residential estate, “Moscow” business center, “Saint-Petersburg” shopping center, “Shabyt” Palace of Arts, cinema and a concert hall for 3.5 thousand seats on the Left Riverside”, the Mayor added.
Besides, seven 8000-seat schools will be put into service this year. Among other facilities there are a 300-seat vocational school, four orphanage buildings, blood center, the second facility of oncologic clinic, a multi-type inpatient hospital, a 150-bed maternity clinic and an outpatient clinic. 6800 flats and 100 shared construction units will be put into operation within the state program.
In whole there are 808 buildings under construction in Astana. 217 of them are housing facilities, 170 are projects of social and cultural purpose, 113 engineering and road infrastructure facilities, 190 buildings under reconstruction and 40 administrative buildings.
